You will be responsible for handling a varied portfolio of probate and estate administration matters, including both taxable and non-taxable estates, guiding clients through the full process from initial instruction through to completion. While you will have the independence to run your own files, you will also have the reassurance of a dedicated Probate Administration Team and an experienced team to provide support.
Based within a well-established private client hub, you will be part of a wider team spanning seven regional offices, giving you access to a broad range of expertise, including Fee Earners, Will Drafters, Tax Specialists and experienced legal support professionals.
