Solo HR Generalist

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company out of Commerce, CA. They are looking to hire a Solo HR Generalist to join their team. This role is paying between $70k-$80k a year.

The Human Resources Manager serves as the sole HR professional for the organization, responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in the manufacturing industry who can balance both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR execution.
