Role: Solution Architect Oracle Fusion HCM + Databricks
Location: Charlotte, NC HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days

Our client is modernizing its Human Capital Management (HCM) technology landscape, including Oracle Cloud HCM and a new enterprise data integration platform. We are looking for an experienced HCM Solution Architect to help define and guide the technical strategy in partnership with our architecture team. In this role, you ll shape the future of our HCM ecosystem and collaborate closely with product, cloud, security, and development teams to deliver scalable, modern solutions.
