:The “Solution Architect Order To Cash ” role will report into the Customer & Consumer Architecture Lead within the Enterprise Architecture team and will be focused on driving the technology and process transformation agenda for Customer and Commercial “back office” activities- providing thought leadership for business outcomes, and the technology and architecture to deliver them.
·You will develop the reference architecture for our Order to cash and cash to invoice capabilities, including
oOrder Capture and Order Management
oCustomer Service and Dispute resolution
oCredit control and credit management
oInvoice, payment collection and accounts receivable/cash application / cash allocation
oMeasurement, Evaluation and performance management
·You will develop and maintain the roadmap for delivering the reference architecture
·You will create high level designs for individual OTC projects...
