    • This Government Department is seeking a Solution Architect to be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and assurance of enterprise wide Human Capital Management and Payroll initiatives.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation and assurance of the solution for the HCM initiative
  • Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to recommend and develop cost effective scalable, fit for purpose solutions
  • Participate and present solution design in Architecture Review Committee (ARC) meetings.
  • Review, develop, and provide guidance on technical documentation, including architecture designs and implementation plans
