Dematic is looking for a Solution Development Program Manager to help advance innovative, competitive solutions for our Amazon business. In this role, you’ll lead concept development, estimating, and implementation—ensuring alignment with Amazon’s evolving needs.

As a Solution Development Program Manager supporting Dematic’s Amazon business, you’ll hold a meaningful role in crafting and delivering automation solutions that address complex technical and operational needs. You’ll partner closely with the Amazon Strategic Innovation Team, collaborate across functions, and engage directly with Amazon collaborators to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
