Solution Operations Manager - Singapore

As Mistral AI's first dedicated Solutions Operations hire in Singapore, you will be the operational backbone of our APAC Solutions team and the critical bridge between our Singapore office and global headquarters in Paris.

• Serve as the primary operational relay between the Singapore Solutions team and global HQ, ensuring that global processes, tools, and frameworks are adopted, adapted, and actually work in the Singapore/APAC context.
• Identify where global playbooks need localization: client engagement norms, government procurement cycles, data residency requirements, cultural communication styles, and regional business cadences.
• Proactively surface Singapore‑specific insights, blockers, and opportunities to HQ Ops leadership, acting as the voice of the Singapore market in global process design.
