About the Role
The Solutions Architect supports revenue growth and retention within an assigned geographic region by ensuring a positive client experience throughout the entire sales cycle. The incumbent is responsible for helping clients maximize utilization of our products from a content and technical standpoint.
Responsibilities- Act as a product specialist for S&P GMI's datafeed solutions, assisting Sales in opportunities so that clients understand available data and how to ingest it.
- Deploy feed solutions at client sites, configure software to work with client environments, and coordinate with internal and client technical support staff.
- Train clients on the use of our content and platform, ensuring their specific data and application needs are met and maximizing their value from the products.
