About the role

The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in delivering a customer-centric digital transformation programme, focused on enabling multi-channel personalisation and seamless customer engagement across web, email, and CRM platforms.
This role is responsible for designing and governing end-to-end solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalable, data-driven, and integrated experiences that drive customer value and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of the role are:
Define end-to-end solution architectures across Salesforce and integrated platforms
Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalisation
