The Solutions Lead, Development is responsible for providing technical leadership across complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations. This role leads development strategy, ensures code quality, mentors development resources, and partners cross‑functionally to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions for clients. The Solutions Lead serves as both a hands‑on senior developer and a technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, enforcing standards, and supporting enterprise‑level deployments across manufacturing environments.
