We are seeking a Sommelier to join the F & B team at One amp Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all wine revenue for Casea 101 restaurant.
• Drive wine and beverage sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement.
• Lead the wine team and deliver seamless service to high‑profile guests.
