Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and select wines to complement meals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a sommelier in a fine dining environment.
- Knowledge of various wines and regions.
- Ability to recommend wines based on customer preferences.
- Knowledge of wine pairings with different cuisines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Understanding of food & beverage service standards.
