 Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sorting Operations Manager to oversee the expansion and build out of our textile sorting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within the used textile or recycling sorting industries, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective processes.
 
  Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the used textile or recycling industries.
 Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
