Sourcing Executive/Buyer

Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing
Identify new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines to ensure best value
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on order status, delivery, and shipment
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards
Work closely with logistics/shipping team for import/export coordination (if applicable)
Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality problems, or discrepancies
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
