Job Description

Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Manager – Estates. Covering a wide range of areas including maintenance, catering and general build you will work with the Estates Directors, Deputy Directors and Project Managers to provide sound procurement advice, deliver projects and manage resources. 
Duties will include;
Take ownership of projects within the Estates category to develop the category vision and deliver the category plan
Engage collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Provide sound procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders in line with the University’s Procurement Code
Maximise the use of university funds by delivering efficiencies and savings on procurement projects within estates
Promote commercial best practice 
Develop supplier relationships
Address non-compliance issues within category and deliver compliant procurements
