Senior Sourcing Manager, Soft Home (Europe)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to build and manage our vendor base across Europe for home textiles, focusing primarily on bedding and secondarily on window treatments, table linens, and other soft home textiles. The role is an individual contributor reporting to Tugba Geyisi and will serve as the linchpin in launching Quince’s Home Textiles business in Europe, owning both vendor management and upstream sourcing strategy across nominated mills and finished goods suppliers.
