The TechOps Supply Chain Management team is seeking an
experienced professional to join as a Sourcing Manager, responsible for the
strategic sourcing and supplier performance management of key Delta Tech Ops
suppliers.

The Supply Chain Sourcing Manager is responsible for supporting
the development of commodity sourcing strategies, sourcing initiatives, risk
management, and Delta-partner initiatives. This role also is integral for
delivering year-over-year savings utilizing strategic sourcing processes and a
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach to recommendations. This position will
be integral to managing supplier performance, including regular scorecard
reviews, development, execution, and monitoring of performance improvement
plans and supporting operationally critical supplier requirements.
