Sourcing Specialist Ii (Monterrey)

Job Summary

As a Sourcing Specialist II, you will manage the supply base to ensure that all suppliers meet our four sourcing priorities: Delivery, Quality, New Product Integration, and Cost Competitiveness. You will lead coordination of resources and schedules cross‑functionally to support production vehicles. Working with the commodity team, you will execute according to the established commodity strategy. The commodity for this position is fabricated tubes and raw tubing to be fabricated internally at Polaris. You will also partner with the insource team to make sourcing decisions for make vs buy.
