+ **Schedule** : Full time and part time schedule. Monday through Sunday operating days, 4 days a week, 3:45 am to 2:15 pm. Further details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : Previous sous chef, cooking, high volume, and kitchen experience required. Culinary degree preferred.
