We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Sous Chef to join one of our flagship London operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef with a strong background in fine dining and high-end hospitality, who thrives in a professional, quality-driven environment.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy hospitality kitchen. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional food across a range of services including la carte dining, private rooms, buffets, and plated breakfasts.
