Job Description
We are looking for Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team.
This is a role for someone who is deeply passionate about cooking, and committed to pushing themselves and the team every day. The ideal candidate is a very strong cook with at least 5 years of professional kitchen experience (high end / high volume is a plus).
This role includes hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management on daily operations and special events, and managing the kitchen by optimizing staff productivity and product utilization while stepping in wherever needed to support the team.
To ensure success, you should have excellent leadership skills with experience managing staff in a high-pressure environment.
