We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will need to be focused and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Set in the historic town of Taunton, this Hotel is looking for a talented Sous Chef that can create exceptional dishes with the very best ingredients, and oversee the kitchen brigade working closely with the Head Chef.

The successful Sous Chef will ideally have;
