Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in meal preparation and cooking.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Create new recipes and menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• With 3-5 years of kitchen experience
• At least 1-2 years experience as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie
• With proven supervisory skills
• Proficient in food preparation, especially in designated stations
