Sous Chef Must be Bilingual
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. This role supports the Executive Chef with food quality, prep, line execution, staff supervision, ordering, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, organized, and able to lead by example during busy service periods.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily kitchen operations
- Supervise prep and line cooks
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Help manage ordering, inventory, and food cost
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Train and coach kitchen staff
- Support scheduling and labor control
- Step in wherever needed during service
Requirements:
- Previous Sous Chef or strong lead cook experience
