The iNUA Hotel Collection, Ireland is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in leading our kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating.
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality control for all dishes.
• Leading and motivating a team of chefs, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Implementing and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contributing to stock control, minimizing wastage, and maximizing profitability.
• Assisting the Head Chef with menu development and recipe creation.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
