Sous Chef - ZEST

Position Summary

Sous Chef – Pizza Department at One & Only The Palm Resort, Dubai.

As Sous Chef, you will oversee the entire pizza-making process, support the Chef de Cuisine, supervise and coordinate the assigned kitchen department, manage kitchen operations, maintain standards, achieve sales and cost targets, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in coordination and supervising the running of the assigned kitchen department.
• Oversee the entire pizza-making process, maintain standards, and achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Increase sales, achieve budget food cost, and stay within kitchen expense budgets.
• Deputize in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
• Lead by example regarding time and attendance, ensuring all staff are on time and wearing correct uniform.
