  • To oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the pastry food offer and to ensure the WSH product is delivered to quality, consistency and presentation as directed by company standards and Head Chef.
  • Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of Hospitality and Retail Pastry areas.
  • To lead the with the safe supervision of all food production preparation, cooking and presentation, ensuring the reputation of food quality is always maintained.
  • To support Head Chef and Culinary Lead in the drive of food innovation and concept development, marketing and implementation.
  • To ensure that clients are given a prompt and efficient service, and expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Oversee all food tastings, presentations and food samplings, guiding the pastry team in all new menu implementations.
