- To oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the pastry food offer and to ensure the WSH product is delivered to quality, consistency and presentation as directed by company standards and Head Chef.
- Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of Hospitality and Retail Pastry areas.
