International SOS is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our medical team in Johannesburg. This office‑based role allows nurses to apply their clinical expertise while providing telephonic triage, risk analysis and international medical assistance to a global client base. The position supports a dynamic environment serving a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Airlines, and maritime.

Key Responsibilities Delivering front line telephonic triage of patients. Interpreting medical situations by conducting a tailored risk analysis of condition vs geographical location. Providing telephonic advice to patients, relatives, employers, employees, and other key client stakeholders. Monitoring and managing open cases to closure to ensure appropriate medical outcome and financial compliance according to current standards.
