Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a friendly, well‑presented, and customer‑focused Female Receptionist with experience in the salon or spa industry to join our ladies spa team. This part‑time position requires a flexible afternoon shift (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and is located at Mirdif City Centre, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional greeting.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries using spa/salon reservation software.
- Handle front‑desk check‑ins and check‑outs, including payment processing.
- Coordinate schedules for spa treatments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the reception area and public spaces remain clean and well presented.
- Support the Spa Manager in implementing standard operating procedures and maintaining brand standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as file maintenance, documentation, and correspondence.
