Job Description

Our Spa therapist should provide a wide range of wellness and beauty treatments to our guests, ensuring a high standard of luxury service, relaxation, and care. This role will focus on enhancing guest wellbeing while maintaining our Spas professional image and sense of place.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of treatments such as massages, facials, body therapy.
• Consult with guests to assess desired needs and recommend appropriate treatments to a luxury standard.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a 5 star luxury standard ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and a proper treatment set up.
• Maintain detailed client records, including history and preferences.
• Promote and recommend Spa retail products and services.
• Ensure all health and safety, hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Handle queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
