Key Accountabilities:
Welcomes, advises, and supports guest enquiries and bookings of The Peninsula Spa and Fitness Centre

Promotes and sells spa services and products to guests to maximize sales potential

Handles scheduling of guest reservations with accuracy

Ensures guests' spa and fitness journey is smooth from check in to check out

Conducts daily opening and closing procedures 

General Requirements:
Related experience in luxury hotels or spa front of house or reception

Knowledge in spa computerised booking systems is an advantage
