  • Independently manage a classified loan portfolio involving complex credit structures, including syndicated corporate, leveraged finance, and middle‑market exposures, with elevated risk profiles.
  • Develop, interpret, and challenge advanced analytical financial models—including financial projections, discounted cash flow analysis, enterprise valuation, and analysis of historical and projected cash flows—to support credit decisioning, restructuring strategies, and downside risk assessment.
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination and analysis for complex credit situations by actively engaging with internal stakeholders and external restructuring professionals, including legal counsel, financial advisors, investment bankers, ...
