The State of Minnesota Corrections Department is hiring a Special Education/Adult Basic Education Teacher at Moose Lake. The role provides literacy, English language learning, secondary credential, post-secondary preparation, and other adult basic education instruction to incarcerated persons, and serves as a special education case manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide literacy, English language learning, secondary credential, post-secondary preparation, and other adult basic education instruction to support incarcerated persons.
• Develop curriculum based on state ABE standards and integrate whole-class, small-group and individual instruction methods.
