Special Investigator & Compliance Lead

**Job Description**

**Work Arrangement :** This role is classified as onsite. The successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Deputy Chief Compliance Officer on a full-time basis.

**The Role -**

The Special Investigator & Compliance Lead will lead and support investigations in South Korea involving alleged violations of law and/or GM policy, including fraud, intellectual property theft, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, collusion, kickbacks, bribery, FCPA-related matters, and records falsification. This role also provides compliance counsel on anti-bribery and anti-corruption, export compliance, conflicts of interest, and other key compliance matters. In addition, the position develops compliance communications and training to help strengthen GM’s culture of integrity.
