Job Purpose

The Western Cape is seeking to employ a qualified individual to process applications in terms of section 24G of the National Environmental Act, 1997 (Act 107 of 1998). This position is stationed in Cape Town.

Key Performance Areas

• Maintain quality and productivity regarding efficient and effective processing of section 24G applications.
• Conduct compliance with section 24G Environmental Authorisations.
• Provide a support service with regard to environmental comment and advice.
• Provide a support and mentoring service with regards to productivity and quality management within the component.
