Assist in the maintenance and management of the St. John's Island National Marine Laboratory (SJINML), supporting marine science research by ensuring that the facility is well‑maintained and fully functional.

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Manage facility maintenance agent (MA) for scheduled inspections and repairs of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• General maintenance of laboratories, aquaria, seawater intake pump room and mechanical room, and safety management.
