Salary: B1 £25,185 - £25,989
Hours: 37 hours
Contract: NJC Local Government Services
Location: Mobile Leeds City Council District.

Job Purpose

To provide various services in an efficient and effective manner for a multi-client base as directed by the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks on council buildings, property and assets including void. Work includes deep cleaning of vulnerable properties and housing stock.
• Carry out cleaning of hazardous substances and work of unpleasant nature (pigeon guano, human faeces, blood, fleas, stagnant water).
• Clear items of a hazardous nature (needles, waste, emptying of buildings, animals).
• Work across various duties such as gardening, removal work, cleaning, clearing and refuse loading in the Leeds area or wider districts.
