Objective of the Job

Introduce and maintain a continuous improvement process, DRX Ideas and 5S in DEM. Promote a culture of CI in DEM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess DRX Ideas, participate in the DRX Ideas network, monitor implementation status for DRX Ideas.
• Plan, lead, and follow up with 5S activities in the plant. Support 5S implementation, review implementation status per department, conduct 5S assessments, manage 5S findings.
