Specialist, EHS Learning & Engagement

Samuel is committed to the health, safety, and environmental stewardship of our team members and is seeking a passionate professional to help advance this mission. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) learning and engagement programs, develop role specific curricula, and manage communication and documentation processes across our learning platforms. You will also support compliance through training audits and the onboarding of EHS specialists. Working closely with business and operations leaders, HR partners, and EHS team members, you will create impactful learning experiences that keep Samuel’s EHS practices current, effective, and embedded in everyday operations.
