Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To manage and optimize the engineering systems engineering IT systems like AMOS, Airvault, RFID Aero check, Aero track, ATS, MDM - AirWatch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensures that the engineering systems are operational and using its maximum available functionality.
- Manages service request and change request in conjunction with maintenance and engineering.
- Develops, implements, and controls changes to working practices to better suit the system.
- Manages engineering systems testing and acceptance during new release and patching.
- Acts as a focal point for the future development of the business intelligence system.
- Acts as focal point for engineering iPads and responsible for creating policies, controlling iPad application versions, review and publishing new application in the Air watch Mobile device management.
