Responsibilities:
Central point of contact for customers and subsidiaries in the context of order processing and schedule coordination
Ensuring on-time delivery of Dry Gas Seals orders and projects
Proactive customer communication regarding delivery status, schedule deviations, and project progress
Planning, management, and monitoring of assembly orders at customer order level
Planning and control of assembly lines, including test bench planning and customer acceptance (e.g., third-party inspections)
Prioritization and coordination of orders in close alignment with all relevant departments
Close collaboration with procurement, engineering, sales, production, and logistics
Contribution to the optimization of manufacturing and assembly planning processes
