Job Description
Job Purpose
Help drive a performance management culture that is result‑oriented, value‑driven and promotes innovation, learning and collaboration across the organization. Facilitate the achievement of corporate strategic goals by embedding best‑in‑class corporate performance management practices. This includes managing the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and corporate scorecards across the Group, monitoring progress against Business Plan targets and providing the ADNOC Group CEO and Executive Management with the required analysis and insights for effective decision‑making.
