Guest Experience SpecialistOur Guest Experience Specialists take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
They go beyond the traditional front desk, owning the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel with a guest first mindset.
They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done – from processing operational needs and addressing guest requests to completing reports, delivering quality meals, and sharing local highlights.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a smooth check‐in and check‐out.Create a safe workplace.Follow company policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality.Protect company assets.Uphold quality standards.Present a professional uniform and appearance.Physical DemandsGuests will be on their feet and moving around—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—and taking a hands‐on approach to work.
