Specialist HSE Technical Engineer
Penspen is urgently looking for Specialist Engineer HSE (Technical) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
Qualification Required
Bachelor Degree in in Chemical /Safety/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline JOB PURPOSE:
Specialist for Technical Safety, Risk Management and Loss Prevention aspects in Project execution. Develop, review, recommend, advise, participate, analyze and conduct Technical Safety Studies, drawings, plans, procedures, HSE Impact Assessment (HSEIA), QRA, EEERA, Projects HSE Reviews (PHSER), Risk Assessments, HAZOP Reviews, HAZID Reviews for all green field and brown field projects/modifications carried out on any of the Company’s installation as mentioned in the Project description.
