Job Description
Main duties of the job The post holder will see people with a variety of clinical conditions including dysphagia, nutrition support and disordered eating.
Alongside the clinical aspect of the post, the post holder will have the opportunity to participate in assigned projects, pathway development, student training, and policy development. Candidates should be a Registered Dietitian, with excellent communication and IT skills. A working knowledge of behaviour change and motivational interviewing would be desirable, as well as experience of working with people who have a learning disability. However we do understand some applicants may have limited experience working with learning disability service users. The post-holder will receive regular supervision from the lead dietitian and support from other specialist dietitians working within the field plus an opportunity to undertake further training as required to support the role.
