• Users Support & Issues Resolution: Proactively resolve issues through effective communication, timely responses, and exceptional customer service in Learning Services tickets.
• E-Learning Development: Create and deliver e-learning content, content curation, translations, etc., with varying levels of interactivity, from basic text and images to advanced simulations.
• Collaboration with SMEs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements for digital content development.
• Training Project Management: Oversee training projects from analysis and design to production of Instructor-Led and Computer-Based Trainings.
• Training Program Delivery: Present training and development programs using formats such as group discussions, classroom...
