What you'll be doing
As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for ER guidance and support; helping leaders navigate people matters with confidence, consistency and fairness. Reporting into ER Manager, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Receiving calls via a line manager phone service and providing appropriate and accurate advice.
Answering detailed questions about disciplinary, grievance, absence management, parental leave or any other ER related topic.
Being able to navigate systems, provide accurate advice and document information simultaneously.
Handling all matters confidentially.
Being part of a small and cohesive team
Contributing to additional department tasks and responsibilities as and when required....
