The Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at RHH offers a comprehensive service including 24-hour labour ward coverage with around 2000 births per annum. 
. It provides outpatient high risk obstetric management including fetal diagnosis with CVS and amniocentesis, advanced ultrasound, a preterm birth prevention clinic, and weekly obstetric endocrine clinic. Fetal medicine and ultrasound clinics are held twice a week. A pre-pregnancy counselling and perinatal loss clinic is held weekly. The inpatient management of complex obstetric patients is undertaken by a senior obstetric
