* Oversee the Master Production Schedule to ensure accurate forecasting of workload and capacity alignment
* Drive continuous improvement through Value Stream Mapping and lead time reduction initiatives
* Monitor downstream supply chain metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance performance
* Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and ensure timely product distribution
