Cloud Engineering (using AWS) and Applied AI (integrating LLMs and Gen AI into existing document processing ecosystems)
Specialist Product Engineer focused on building, integrating, and operating Gen AI services within an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) platform. Key Responsibilities Gen AI Development: Design and build LLM-driven services and APIs to handle document extraction, validation, classification, summarization, and decisioning. Platform Support: Manage the run and operational support of the existing OCR platform, specifically Tungsten Automation. Engineering & Operations: Design and deploy services in an AWS-native environment (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda) and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia C). Stability & Compliance: Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and resilient, while maintaining operational documentation and runbooks.
